Online Store Terms

Cancellation
According to our Terms and Conditions of payment, no refunds are offered for any cancellation due to the financial implications associated with logistical arrangements prior any workshop/training/course.
For live training events, cancellations must be communicated to IIM office in writing for the particular booking to be automatically rescheduled for the next live event or preferably send a substitute who holds an authorisation letter from the previously registered client.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
